+大量产品线的关键不是「怎么管」，而是「怎么批量开、怎么快速关」。

+- **孵化**：从模板实例化——产品线协议 + 仓库 + 初始预算包（小额），必须前置两条标准：**毕业标准**（连续 N 期组合价值密度 ≥ 阈值）与**死亡标准**（M 期内未达即归档），开局就定，防止事后扯皮；
+- **毕业**：达标线升入对口事业群，转常规预算制；
+- **退出**：死亡线触发即归档，留痕入库——失败产物（SOP 教训、审计记录）反哺孵化模板，试错成本转化为组织学习。

+
+- 不追求每条线成功，按**组合级**核算价值密度；
+- 试验群预算单独列支（如公司预算的固定比例），与成熟群隔离——用成熟线的确定性收入供养试验线的期权组合；
+- 毕业率与死亡速度是工厂的两个核心 KPI：毕业率太低说明选题差，死得太慢说明止损不果断。

+## 信息保真（层级加深的最大风险）
+
+代理管理层级越深，目标失真越快。三条制度防线：
+
+1. **翻译不改写**：每层向下传达只允许缩放范围与优先级，不允许修改验收标准；验收标准由需求端锁定、审计办核对版本链；
+2. **越级审计**：审计办可直接抽查任意事业部的审计链，群总裁无权拦截；
+3. **直通年报**：各事业部周报同时抄送数据中台存档，CEO 年报引用原始数据而非逐级汇总值。
